Missing Renown Reward - Carved Harbinger Crests

Our developers have fixed the issue that was causing the Carved Crests quest to be available to players who didn't reach renown level 11 with the Council of Dornogal. If you reached this renown level and didn't receive the quest for the crests, you may already have completed it before and received the rewards.

You can verify if you completed this quest by typing this command in-game: 
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(82349))

If completed, you will be returned the value 1, if not, 0.
