Common Problems
- I chose the wrong character when applying the name change token
- I used character name change on character A, but instead, character B's name was changed, and I didn't select it.
- I paid a character name change but it was applied to another character that was not the one i had selected
There are no known issues with the character name change service that would cause an unselected character to be renamed. If this appears to have happened after claiming the Name change token, please submit a Bug report.
Customer Support does not assist with character service mistakes. Always check the selected character before completing the Name change to make sure that you are certain of your choice. A new Name change can be purchased if the wrong character's name was changed.
Note: Bugs submitted in-game do not receive a personal response. Instead, they'll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
