Common Problems

  • I can't receive whisper but I can't send it
  • I am unable to send whispers in Diablo IV
  • I see the error message ''Failed to deliver message''

To assist with Whisper issues please check your privacy status on Battle.net:

  • Login to Battle.net
  • Go to Account and select privacy
  • Make sure Private Text Chat is set to Everyone.
If this looks okay then please make sure the Battle.net app is set to Online.   If these steps do not help report this as a bug on the forums.
