There can sometimes be delays or confusion when making a purchase that should award Event Tickets. Below are some troubleshooting steps to review when you have made a purchase that should award Event Tickets:
- Game Version: Make sure you have the latest version of the game. Check your phone's app store to see if there are any pending updates if you play on Mobile. If you play on Battle.net, go to Warcraft Rumble in the Battle.net app, and click the Cog and click Check for Updates.
- Correct Account?: Your progress is linked to your Battle.net account. You must ensure you are logging into the correct account where your Rumble progress is stored.
- Review Your Order: You can check your Order History to see if your purchase was processed. If you are experiencing trouble with a payment, refer to our Solutions to Common Payment Issues. If you are paying with credit card, we recommend that you don’t make repeated purchase attempts if your initial purchase fails. This is to avoid temporary holds of funds.
