Did Not Receive Overwatch Reward From Discord Quest

While not available all the time, Discord Quests give players an opportunity to earn amazing rewards by completing simple in-game activities.

To ensure proper delivery of rewards, check that your Discord and Battle.net accounts are linked, and you have accepted Discord Quest before logging into the game:

1. Open Discord
2. Click the cogwheel to open User Settings > Connections
3. Select the blue Battle.net Icon from the list of account types
4. Follow the prompts to connect your Battle.net and Discord accounts if they are not already

To complete a Quest in Discord:

1. Open Discord
2. Click the cogwheel to open User Settings > Gift Inventory > View Quests
3. If available, accept the Quest for Overwatch 2
4. Complete the quest criteria in-game
5. Return to discord and claim the reward code
6. Redeem the code to your Battle.net account

After your reward code had been redeemed, it may take up to 24 hours for your reward to be available in-game.

Note: Discord Quests will not be available in certain regions. If you are in an ineligible region for a Quest, you will not be able to complete it. Additionally, Discord’s premium services are restricted in some regions. Please see the official Discord Quests FAQ for more information.
