To ensure proper delivery of rewards be sure your Discord and Battle.net accounts are linked:

  1. Open Discord
  2. Click the cogwheel to open User Settings > Connections
  3. Select the blue Battle.net Icon from the list of account types
  4. Follow the prompts to connect your Battle.net and Discord accounts if they are not already
To complete a quest in Discord:
  1. Open Discord
  2. Click the cogwheel to open User Settings > Gift Inventory > View Quests
  3. Accept the Quest for Overwatch 2
  4. Complete the quest criteria in-game
  5. Return to discord and claim the reward code
  6. Redeem the code to your Battle.net account
Note: Discord Quests will not be available in certain regions. If you are in an ineligible region for a Quest, you will not be able to complete it. Additionally, Discord’s premium services are restricted in some regions.
