For level 80 characters who have completed the campaign for The War Within, the Worldsoul Weekly quest alternates between one offered by Speaker Brinthe and a special quest from Faerin Lothar, Call of the Worldsoul, which allows you to pick one of three or four activities you'd like to complete during the week.
If you do not see the quest from Faerin this week, it should be available next week.
