PC Players on Battle.net
If your in-game currency balance goes negative due to a chargeback or refund on your account, you will need to add more of that currency to your account until your balance goes to zero or above. Gifted items you receive may also be refunded or chargeback by the friend who gifted you the product which will result in the product being removed.
