Common Problems
- I used an Ensemble, the game said the set was added to my collection but I can't see it
- Used an Ensemble but I can only transmog some slots of the set
- The ensemble did not unlock all the appearances, some are missing
If you have used an Ensemble but cannot see the appearance set added to your wardrobe, make sure your filters on the top right are correct and make sure you are searching for the set you have learned, and not a different one with a similar name or look.
If the set was correctly added to the collection but you cannot transmog one or more pieces, check that your character meets the requirements to use that specific appearance, such as class, race, character level, and reputation with a faction.
