- Hero Gallery items are gone
- All skins in Overwatch are locked
If you appear to be missing all your Overwatch skins, ensure that you are logging into the correct Blizzard account. If you're unable to log into your Blizzard account, please contact us.
If a recent Loot Box or League Token purchase is not showing up, check your Order History to see if the purchase completed successfully. Please allow up to 72 hours for orders to complete.
