- I'm not receiving the verification email
- When I click on the verification email link it gives me an error
- Error: error.emailVerificationTicketInvalid
If you don't receive the verification email, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Double check to make sure you typed your email address correctly, without misspelling or punctuation errors
- If you have multiple emails, make sure you are checking the correct inbox for the verification email
- Check to see if the Blizzard verification messages are going to your spam folder. For instructions to set up your junk filters correctly, check our Not Receiving Battle.net Emails support article.
- If you're using Outlook or Hotmail, check the "Others" inbox, as the email may not be under your main "Focused" inbox.
If you received the verification email but clicking on the link returns an error, contact us.
