Common Problems

  • Your system does not support higher settings
  • Insufficient Memory: You don't have enough system and video memory to start the game

Warnings about "Insufficient Memory" are Windows system errors. These will display if you don't have enough available memory on your system to use your current settings or to run the game / program you're trying to use.

This can be an issue which includes physical memory, video memory, and virtual memory. In some cases you may be able to run the game at higher settings, but this may lead to performance issues and instability.

If you are able to start the game but your graphics card doesn’t have enough video RAM, or you’re using integrated graphics, you should reduce settings within the game itself. In particular Texture Quality or View Distance use a lot of memory.

If you get this error and cannot run a game, please ensure your computer meets all of the listed system requirements (World of Warcraft, StarCraft II, Diablo III, Hearthstone, Heroes of the Storm, Overwatch).
