Error Code: BLZBNTBGS80000035 (9006)
This error occurs when the connection to Facebook authentication servers is lost and your information wasn't able to be sent or received. Before you contact us for assistance, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Log in to Battle.net Account Connections
- Disconnect any existing Facebook connections
- Log out of Battle.net Account Settings by clicking the drop down menu in the top right of the page
- Log back in to Battle.net Account Connections
- Click Find Friends and go through the flow to re-connect your accounts

Reset your network devices to make sure your router hasn't become flooded with data.

Close all other applications to resolve software conflicts and free up resources.

Restart the Battle.net desktop app to clear any stalled Agent processes.

Configure your security software's exception list to allow Blizzard applications to run.
