Common Problems
I log in to Overwatch on my console but I'm not seeing any characters and I'm stuck on loading screen foreverTo troubleshoot this issue, try the following:
- Uninstall Overwatch and reinstall
- Make sure the game is fully installed before you log in, as it is possible to log in while the game is still installing
- Unplug your console and leave it unplugged for 2-3 minutes, then restart
