Can't Undelete Character - Name In Use

This error means another character with the same name already exists on your realm. There are two options to work around this issue:

• If the active character that holds the name belongs to you, you can delete the active character first, then you will be able to undelete your deleted character as normal.
• If the active character that holds the name belongs to another player, then you must choose a new name for your deleted character: you will be given the option to rename, at no cost, during the undeletion process.

Customer Support does not assist with undeleting a character, or releasing character names.
