- I cannot buy two name changes to swap the names between two of my characters.
- I want to swap the name between two of my characters, but I can't do it with the name change service.
It is not possible to swap the names of two characters in the same account through the Character Name Change service.
Customer Support can help you — however, you will need to pay for the name change of both of your characters. Please add the appropriate amount of Battle.net Balance (including tax) for two name change purchases then contact us.
