Common Problems
- Claimed a game-time code but it created a separate WoW account
- Got the wrong code, would like to swap it for game-time for my main account
If you intended to buy game-time for your World of Warcraft account but the code did not add the game-time, this means you purchased the wrong code.
- Battle Chest codes will create a new World of Warcraft account which includes the first month for free
- Game-time codes for the wrong region will create a new World of Warcraft account in the other region
Customer Support cannot provide replacements for these codes. Please contact your point of sale.
