If you receive this error during account creation, try the following troubleshooting:

1. Optional: Use a third party platform to create your account (for example: Google, Facebook, Steam, etc.)
2. Try creating your account using your mobile device
3. Temporarily select another country and set it back to yours
4. Confirm your date of birth uses the following format: mm-dd-yyyy
5. Proceed to create your account

For additional troubleshooting, try the following steps:

• Clear the cache and cookies in your browser or try a different browser
• Use a browser in safe mode/incognito
• Try creating your account with the Battle.net Desktop App
• Try creating your account with a different device and a different connection
• Update your account to a new email address
• Ensure your connection is steady. If you're using a wireless connection, optimize your internet connection to rule out a connection issue

If the issue persist, try again later or contact us and include the Invalid Value String/Code.
