Common Problems
Follow these steps to resolve the problem.
- Open the Battle.net desktop app and click Overwatch on the left
- Click the Options dropdown menu and select Show in Explorer
- Open the Overwatch folder and delete Overwatch Launcher.exe and Overwatch.exe
- In the desktop app, click Options and select Scan and Repair
