Can't Purchase Lumber Mill Level 3 Blueprint After Getting Achievement - Upgrading the Mill
Common Problems
- Upgrading the Mill is showing completed, all achievements in-game showing done, still can't buy blueprint
The achievement requires, but does not directly show in-game, that the quest "Reduction in Force" (Alliance/Horde) be completed.
Reduction in Force is given by Weldon Barov (A) or Alexi Barov (H).
Note: If your Barov follower is out on a mission, you will be able to pick up or turn in the quest once the mission is complete and the brother has returned to your Garrison.
