Your progress in Hearthstone—including collected cards, heroes, and card backs—is tied to your Battle.net account.
If you are missing your Hearthstone card collection, make sure you are logged into the correct Battle.net account and region.
Each Blizzard account can play Hearthstone in multiple regions, but the progression and card collection between regions is separate. Due to that it’s possible you’ve been logging into the same Battle.net account on both mobile and desktop, which is why the BattleTag matches but logging into a different region on your mobile.
On your desktop open the Battle.net app, go to Hearthstone’s section and above the blue Play button you should see a world icon. Click that and it’ll show the region you have selected. That’s the region your main progression is tied to.
On your mobile, on the login screen in the upper right hand corner you should see option to change the region. Make sure that region matches the one your desktop was set to and then login. That should make sure you’re playing in the same region and account on both devices, to have the same progression and card collection.
