  • I have received a mail to change my password but I didn't ask for it

If you have received a password reset email without requesting one, we recommend that you take steps to secure your account:

  1. Run a security scan to remove any viruses or malware infections.
  2. Update the password on your account.
  3. Update the password on your email account.
  4. Add an authenticator to your account.
If you need help recovering your account, contact Customer Support.

Note: Users who have not yet migrated their old Authenticator into the Mobile app may receive an unexpected password reset to their registered email inbox so that they can migrate to the new Authenticator.
