Common Problems
- I'm not getting any emails from Blizzard
- I don't get any email messages sent by Blizzard
- My password reset emails for Battle.net aren't getting sent
We regularly send emails from:
- @blizzard.com
- @email.blizzard.com
- @te.battle.net
- @e.battle.net
- @e.blizzard.com
- @battle.net
- @overwatchleague.com
- @e.gear.blizzard.com
- @em.overwatchleague.com
It's important that you have your email filters set up correctly for those domains so our messages aren't sent to your spam or junk box.
For instructions to set up your filters, choose your email provider below. If your provider isn't listed, check with them directly for assistance.
Note: If you didn't receive a password-reset email, it may be in your Junk or Spam folder, or the email address registered to your account may be invalid.
Gmail
Gmail filters emails automatically dependent on your actions. It will only filter emails as spam if you choose to mark them as spam. The spam folder may be hidden; click More to view it.
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Open your Spam folder.
- Locate an email from us (@blizzard.com, @email.blizzard.com, @em.blizzard.com, or @battle.net), right-click it, and select Not Spam.

Outlook.com
- Log in to your Microsoft account on Outlook.com.
- Open your Junk folder.
- Locate an email from us (@blizzard.com, @email.blizzard.com, @em.blizzard.com, or @battle.net), right-click it, and select Not Junk.
To be sure email from Blizzard isn't sent to Junk in the future, set up @blizzard.com, @email.blizzard.com, @em.blizzard.com, and @battle.net as Safe Senders:
- Click the cogwheel (settings) icon.
- Click View Full Settings.
- Click Junk Mail and scroll down to Safe Senders.
- Click Safe Senders.
- Enter blizzard.com in the box and click Add to list.
- Repeat for email.blizzard.com, em.blizzard.com and battle.net.
Yahoo!
- Log in to your Yahoo email account.
- Open your Spam folder.
- Locate an email from us (@blizzard.com, @email.blizzard.com, @em.blizzard.com, or @battle.net), check the box next to the message, and click Not Spam.
