"Game Server Connection Failed... Retrying" Error in Overwatch 2
Common Problems
- Login to Overwatch fails all the time
If you are trying to access the Public Test Realm, first check that the PTR is online and available.
If you are trying to access the Live servers, follow these steps.
- Ensure you have the live server selected before logging into the game
- Uninstall and re-install the Battle.net Desktop App
- Use the repair function for Overwatch
- Check your connection to the internet
- Make sure to use a wired connection to the router
- Try different internet connections (e.g. Mobile Tethering/Mobile Hotspot)
- Perform a password reset
