I Receive Battle.net Emails in the Wrong Language
Common Problems
- I am receiving the emails in Spanish, they should be in Brazilian
- Your marketing emails are in English, I want to receive them in a different language

The language for marketing and promotional emails is based on the country that you specified is your country of residence on your Battle.net account. If you moved or the country you set on your account is incorrect, you can change it.
The language for communications with Customer Support is based on the language you selected in your Communication Preferences. Please note that Customer Support offers assistance only in some languages.
