Common Problems
- Won a standard game and it didn't register on my weekly quest
- I've played more than 10 murloc cards but I'm not getting credit for my daily quest
Customer Support is not able to see your Hearthstone quests or track progress. To troubleshoot this issue, try the following steps:
- Make sure your game client or mobile Hearthstone app is up to date
- Make sure you are playing in the correct game mode. Some quest can on only be completed in Standard or Ranked play, while others can be completed in all game modes.
- Close and reopen your game
- Log out of the game client, and Battle.net App or mobile app and restart
If none of these steps work, submit a bug report in the Hearthstone forums so the issue can be investigated further.
