Can't Link Diablo Immortal Account to Battle.net Account
Common Problems
- I cannot connect my mobile Diablo Immortal to my Battle.net because I already have Diablo Immortal on my Battle.net
- Error: "We found an existing game on your account. Please contact Customer Support to complete this connection."
If your Battle.net account does not yet have a Diablo Immortal account:
- When you log into your Guest account on your mobile device, you will be prompted to confirm that you want to "connect" your Diablo Immortal guest account to your Battle.net account. Your BattleTag is visible to help you ensure you are linking the correct account .
- Linking may take a few seconds depending on your connection.
- You receive a confirmation window to let you know that you connected correctly. From this window, you can click and open Account Settings in a browser, or return to the game (you may need to scroll down to see the button.
If your Battle.net account already has Diablo Immortal, you must link your Guest account to another Battle.net account.
