Common Problems

  • I rerolled a duplicate card, but still received a duplicate from the same set.
  • I got a normal legendary card and then the same Signature legendary, used reroll, but received another card I already own.
  • I replaced my duplicate card for another copy by mistake.
  • I owned a Signature card, obtained the same card in Diamond version, and I didn't get to reroll for something else.

If you own a disenchantable/craftable card (normal or golden), and you earn a non-disenchantable* version of the same card, you will receive a popup offering you to replace your disenchanable/craftable copy for another card.

When you receive the option to reroll:

  • The normal/golden card you owned is relinquished
  • The new card you receive is from the same set, rarity, and quality. This means if you already own all the cards of that set, you will certainly get a duplicate, you won't receive a card from a different set
  • If you have both normal and golden versions of the same card, a single reroll will replace all of them simultaneously
  • If you receive a Diamond Card and you own a disenchantable/uncraftable lesser version of the same card, you will get a re-roll
    • The card obtained from re-roll should always be disenchantable.

*Note: Since patch 29.6, Diamond cards are disenchantable except for Diamonds obtained from Achievements, a Mini Set, or the Tavern Pass. Disenchantable Diamonds will continue to offer a re-roll.
