Incorrect Rank Reward After Season End in Overwatch 2
Common Problems
- I'm Platinum but have dropped down after the season, what happened?
- There was a rank decay on my account for competitive mode since last season
- Not seeing any rewards for my previous ranked season accomplishments
To be eligible for Competitive rewards, you must have won at least 15 matches in Competitive Play (Role or Open Queue) during the previous season. A challenge is granted upon winning 15 Competitive matches during a single season.
Customer Support is unable to investigate this issue and manually grant Competitive Points. Please submit any bug report using the Overwatch 2 Bug Report Forum.
