Can't Install Diablo IV After Purchase

Note: Depending on the circumstances, it may be possible to purchase Diablo IV in a country that is restricted from playing it. If you believe your country may be restricted, request a refund.

Diablo IV must be purchased separately for separate platforms. If you purchased through Battle.net shop, you can only play on console or Steam if you also purchase on those platforms before you install the game. Purchases made in-game on a specific platform can only be played on that platform.

If you purchased on the correct platform, try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

• Log out of the game completely. (If attempting to install via Steam or Battle.net, log out of that platform as well.) Log back in and try again
• Reset your account password to clear your cache
