We have added several local currencies to the Battle.net shop to make purchases cheaper and more convenient across the majority of our products. These currencies are not available in all games, however, which means that players in countries using the new currencies may not be able to purchase gems. For players whose account is not registered to one of the affected currencies, try disabling all programs that may falsely show you as accessing from a different country than the one registered on your account. VPNs and similar types of programs can prevent the shop from completing your purchase.
