Common Problems
- I didn't receive my login reward for the new expansion
- I missed the login reward card from the previous expansion
- I didn't receive a golden copy of my login reward
Every Hearthstone expansion comes with a celebratory login reward —typically a normal Legendary card. This reward is available for free to everyone who logs in between the expansion announcement and the expansion end. After a expansion has ended, the associated login reward becomes obtainable by opening one pack of cards of that expansion. If you missed the free login reward for a previous expansion, simply buy a pack of that expansion to obtain it. Customer Support cannot grant login rewards.
Note: The Golden version of the card can be earned through crafting or obtained through opening packs.
