Common Problems
- The game keeps changing from fullscreen to windowed
- How can I get the game back in fullscreen
This issue is generally caused by external software or graphics drivers conflicting with the game settings.
- Check for driver updates for the graphics device.
- Check for graphics device optimization settings for Overwatch. GeForce Experience and AMD Gaming Evolved/Raptr can be configured to automatically overwrite game settings.
- Uninstall programs specifically designed to alter monitor settings ( For example: Monitor.exe, Actual Multiple Monitors, etc)
- Disable other background programs which may be interfering.
- Disable or uninstall Antivirus programs which may be taking focus from the game.
This can also be caused by graphics cards in an SLI configuration, Disabling this in the options may resolve this for you.
