Did Not Receive Reward After Completing Achievement

  • I completed an achievement but have not received my reward.
  • How can I see which reward I received after completing an achievement?

When you have completed an achievement, the Journal will show an exclamation mark in the Achievements section, indicating you have rewards to claim. You will then need to open your achievements interface and claim the reward.

Note: Rewards can be unique and if you already have the reward, you cannot receive it twice. For example, Golden Shadow Hunter Vol'Jin used to be rewarded from the Tavern Pass and is now a reward from an achievement. If you received the card from a Tavern Pass, you will not receive another from the achievement.
