- I got the mount for the sub promotion but not the pet
- I have 12 month subscription but haven't received the snake pet
- I only received the snakelet on my Cata Classic rogue
To earn free rewards, you must purchase the appropriate length subscription from the Battle.net Shop. No other options of adding game time to an account will grant the rewards. You can see the current rewards and any delivery limitations on the Subscription Shop page.
If you purchased a subscription and should have the reward but do not, ensure that your purchase is complete or shipped in your order history.

The free rewards from January 2025 onwards are the Timbered Sky Snake mount in World of Warcraft: The War Within, and the Timbered Air Snakelet in WoW Classic Progression, currently on Cataclysm Classic.
If you also wish to acquire the Timbered Sky Snakelet pet for World of Warcraft: The War Within, it can be purchased separately via the in-game store or the Battle.net website shop. It is not included with the free rewards mentioned above.
