Earned Loot Boxes Not Counting Towards Guaranteed Legendary Loot Box
Common Problems
- I opened some regular lootboxes, but the counter for the guaranteed legendary didn't increase.
- My guaranteed legendary loot box counter reset after I opened some regular boxes.
The Legendary Loot Box counter is a way to ensure that you are receiving a legendary item from a normal Loot Box with more regularity. As such, the guaranteed counter will reset if you receive a legendary item from a regular Loot Box.
Additionally, the counter should not increase if you open a Legendary Loot Box because it already provides a legendary item.
