Common Problems
- I was in the middle of opening my Loot Box when I got in a game, and the loot box didn't give any rewards
- Opened my 20th Loot Box before going into a game and after I tried reopening it it didn't have a legendary skin.
Our developers have investigated reports regarding this issue and have not identified any bugs. We encourage players to explore various resources, such as online guides, or discuss the matter with other players on our forums. Customer Support cannot offer hints or workarounds for this matter. Customer Support cannot provide hints on gameplay mechanics or intent of design.
If you discover a new issue or if you have further information about a potential unverified bug, please submit a new Bug report.
