How can I submit a support ticket if I can't log in?
Common Problems
- I cannot login
- I need to submit a ticket to recover access to my account.
- My friend needs help, he is stuck
- My friend doesn't know how to open a ticket
If you are unable to log in, you can still submit a ticket.
- Go to the Battle.net Login page
- Click on "Can't Log In"
- Click on the appropriate category
- Enter email if prompted, then click on 'Contact Customer Support'
- Choose your channel for support (note that live options will only be available when live channels are open for your region).
