Alternate Hearthstone heroes can be obtained in Hearthstone's in-game Shop.
Alternate heroes are available for purchase —or occasionally free to claim— for a limited time. Heroes that are removed from the Shop may return at a later date, but this isn't guaranteed. There are times when no heroes will be available.
Some alternate heroes are exclusive rewards from purchasing promotional bundles or time-limited products. These heroes cannot be obtained once the promotional bundle is no longer for sale or the product was removed from the Shop.
Customer Support cannot grant exclusive heroes from missed promotions or past time-limited products, and doesn't have information on when —or if— a hero will be available in the Shop in the future. Keep an eye on the official Hearthstone blog for updates.
