Unable to Authenticate After Security Code Sent to Email

Common Problems

  • The email authentication code doesn't work
  • Error: "We couldn't verify you with the security code provided"
  • Error: "We can't authenticate you right now. Please try again later." 

If you are receiving a security code but entering it does not allow you to log in to your account, try the following:

  1. Make sure you enter the code correctly
  2. If you requested multiple password resets, make sure you enter the last code you received. Previous codes expire, only the last one works
  3. If the website seems unresponsive, clear your cache and cookies and try again, or try a different browser.
