Physical Authenticator - Invalid Security Code

Common Problems
- Oops! This needs your attention: Invalid authenticator code
- When I enter the code of my physical authenticator on the web page it says it's incorrect
If you get an error when entering the security code of your physical Authenticator:
- Make sure you entered the Blizzard Battle.net account email and password correctly
- Try resetting your password
If you still can't log in, the battery of your Physical Authenticator may have depleted, causing the timing of your device to go out of sync. The Battle.net Authenticator is now available within the Battle.net Mobile App. If you haven’t yet, download the Battle.net Mobile App to your phone and setup the Authenticator there.
