- I'm missing a card back I think I had
- I missed the event, can I still get the card back?
- I didn't play last month, can I still get the monthly ranked mode card back?
If you believe a card back you earned is now missing from your collection, make sure you are logged in to the correct account and region. If you are still missing the card back, close the game and make sure that you have installed the latest version of the game.
If the issue persists try earn the card back again or submit a bug report.
It is not possible to earn a card back that was awarded during a time-limited event that has ended.
Customer Support cannot grant card backs.
