Common Problems
- Purchased a game-time code but it's for the another region.
- Claimed a game-time code and it didn't add game-time to my account.
- Error: "Sorry, you are not eligible to add World of Warcraft game time to your account."
We do not alter or swap codes out for another region. If you recently purchased game time from the Battle.net Shop for the wrong region, you can check if the order is eligible for a refund. If the game time code was purchased from a different retailer, you will need to reach out to that retailer for a potential refund or exchange.
