Common Problems
- Diablo IV detected corrupted data and was unable to automatically repair the damage. Please run Scan and Repair using the Battle.net Application. It can be found in the Options menu for the game.
If you receive a Data Error pop-up after launching Diablo IV follow the steps below to resolve it.

Run the repair tool to repair any damaged game files.

Run ScanDisk and defragment your hard drive to try to repair any bad sectors.
Note: Do not defragment a Solid State Drive (SSD). - Uninstall Diablo IV, manually delete any leftover files or folders, then reinstall the game
