- Simple messages, returned mail, and mail from guildmates arrive immediately
- Mail from the same Battle.net account also arrives immediately regardless of attachments
- Mail from another Battle.net account takes one hour to arrive if an item or currency is attached
- Mail from the Auction House to the seller takes one hour if currency is attached
