Common Problems
- No cards crafted, but Arcane Dust is missing.
- Nothing created but dust is gone.
- Crafted a card, it wasn't created, and I don't have the dust either.
If you are missing Arcane Dust, make sure you are logged in to the correct account and region.
Missing Arcane Dust in Hearthstone can be attributed to crafting cards.
The Crafting interface can only undo the most recent action for it's full Dust value. Leaving the Crafting Interface in game will cause this option to become unavailable.
Customer Support cannot assist in restoring crafting mistakes in game.
